In the unlikely event that the 14-day trial period, you are not satisfied with the 3X3FIT exercise system, the following return policy applies.

We will gladly accept returns as specified below, provided the item is in new or like new condition, in the original package with all of the materials included. All returns must be in new conditions (with any tags that might be included in apparel). Any additional accessories that were not part of the basic system, such as accessories and DVD’s, must be returned to receive a refund on those items.

Your trial period begins the day you receive the 3X3FIT package. If you are not completely satisfied with 3X3FIT after using it for a full 14-calendar days, contact Customer Care via email at CustomerCare@3X3FIT.com or call 612-248-2330 at the end of your trial period and notify us the return is being shipped. You will be credited the full amount of the purchase price less shipping & handling cost. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued with 3-days of receipt of your return.
