Focus on the ARMS:

AWESOME ARMS 3X WEEK

In addition for Total Body Sculpt:   2X/week choose any of the other workouts (20+ minutes). Mix and match the workouts.

Focus on CORE:

Choose from: Core Burn Six Pack Abs, Pilates 360 & 360 Core

Do minimum 15 mins 3X WEEK

In addition :   2X/week choose any of the other workouts (20+ minutes). Mix and match the workouts.

 


Focus on STRETCH:

Alternate Stretch Mat & Stretch Chair workout. 3X Week.

In addition :   2X/week choose any of the other workouts (20+ minutes). Mix and match the workouts.

 


Focus on GLUTES & THIGHS:

Ballerina Glutes & Thighs 3X week

In addition:   2X/week choose any of the other workouts (20+ minutes). Mix and match the workouts.

 


TOTAL BODY SCULPT Program

If you have limited selection of DVD workouts & do not have a desire to focus on any one area more than another.

 Choose a different workout 3-5X a week for minimum 20- 30 minutes each workout.

*No matter what workout you choose ALL workouts are designed to work TOTAL BODY with 3X3 FIT’s unique patented design engaging all muscles groups throughout all workouts.

*Mixing and matching your workouts will shock and challenger your muscles, giving you faster results. New workouts will become available every 60-90 days so make sure to check back on the website for new workouts.

*While most 3X3 FIT exercises will engage all muscle groups simultaneously with 3X3 FIT therefore raising your heart rate to a cardio level, it is recommended that you add cardio workouts 3X a week for 20 minutes for a well balanced workout regime.
